Add Guest Names (Hosts, Approvers and Master Administrators)
As a sub-section of the My Requests tile, there is a prompt to request that Hosts add guest names to approved tickets.
- To see an alert flag on the Home page to show that names are required to be assigned against approved tickets.
- To see a summary of all events where names are required.
- To select a match to add names.
- To see a list of all guest contacts that could be selected to be assigned to the event.
- To add and edit details of all contacts.
- To select a guest and allocate 1 or more tickets to this guest.
- To return unwanted tickets that had been previously approved.
Please note: There is the option to send an invitation to a guest and to view the Guest Site. This option is not included in the Core Module.
