Host Approvals

Host Approvals (Hosts & Master Administrators)

This is a facility for potential new Hosts to be approved to make future ticket requests.

It is possible that there are several different projects / assets / event types that are being managed on the same platform. The Approver could also decide to which of these they will approve access.

Included in this process:

• New Useron-line application form.
• Confirmation of application email, copied to the Approver as required
• Use of the Host Approval tool.
• Provide the new Host with access to different event assets if required.
• Approval email to the new Host, providing future login details.
• Rejection email to the Host applicant.
